Harbor Anglican is a mission church in Seattle, WA in the Diocese of the Rocky Mountains of the Anglican Church in North America. We believe the whole church is a royal priesthood, a people for God’s own possession, equipped by Bishops, Priests and Deacons, and called to proclaim the excellencies of Christ to the world.
The Rev. Casey Bedell, Rector
Casey serves Harbor as rector and church-planter. His primary responsibilities are to shepherd God’s people through proclaiming his Word on Sunday mornings, celebrating his grace at the Lord’s Table and the Baptismal waters, and through pastoral care throughout the week. He is also responsible for casting vision and leading the Harbor staff and Parish Council. A Texan at heart, after studying at Texas Tech University, Casey began his seminary journey at Westminster Theological Seminary and finished at Reformed Theological Seminary. He is married to Jennifer and they have two boys, Woods and Jack. They have lived and ministered in Portland, OR, Washington, DC, and Issaquah WA. They could not be more thrilled to be serving Christ’s body in Seattle, WA.

Ross Hauck, Director of Music
Bishop Ken Ross, Diocese of the Rocky Mountains
Bishop Ken Ross serves Harbor Anglican as well as our sister parishes in the Diocese of the Rocky Mountains by praying for, pastoring, counseling, and caring for the clergy. When Bishop Ken is not on the road visiting one of the churches in his care, he is likely out enjoying the beauty of Colorado Springs. He is married to Sallie and they have two sons, Mark and Will, and three grandchildren, Audrey, Milo and Quincy.
Parish Council
Within the Anglican tradition, the Parish Council is the governing board of a local congregation. Harbor’s Parish Council is comprised of four lay leaders and the rector. Lay members are elected during the annual members’ meeting to represent the larger membership of the church. Lay members serve rotating two-year terms. Harbor’s Parish Council manages the church’s property and finances to support the vision and mission of the congregation. Our current lay Parish Council members are:
